COVID
Restrictions and Guidelines

The COVID crisis and the emergence of the new variant have challenged us all.  Theatres, in particular, face the challenge of accommodating our patrons and opening shows to as many people as possible, while also protecting our patrons, our actors, our students, and our staff.

In keeping with Covid guidelines set forth by Jefferson County, the StageDoor Theatre Board has put in place the following restrictions and guidelines for upcoming live performances:

  • All patrons must be masked over their mouths and noses at all times while in the building;

  • Only patrons who have proof of vaccination will be allowed in the theatre;

  • You will receive a verbal health check from our staff before entering the facility;

  • Before entering, you will be asked to fill out a form with your name, email address, physical address, and phone number;

  • Patrons who cannot prove full vaccination will not be allowed in the building, and will receive a full refund for their ticket(s);

  • Our adult actors are all fully vaccinated, and will NOT be masked during performances.

Questions?

What is the best way for me to show proof of my vaccination?

  • You can either show your official COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card — the one with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention logo on it — in person or via a photograph, or you can go the digital route.

How can I show my record using my phone?

  • You can load your verified vaccination record onto your phone using the MyColorado App.

Here’s how to load COVID-19 vaccine records onto the myColorado app:

  • Download the myColorado app on your Android or iPhone, and have your Colorado driver’s license or ID ready to set up your account. Skip to step 3 if you already have an account.

  • Set up an account by scanning your driver’s license or ID with your smartphone’s camera. Create a username via a registration code.

  • Once you’re logged in, hit the “myVaccine Record” button on the main wallet page.

  • Review the myVaccine information and hit “Continue.”

  • Confirm your first name, last name, date of birth and gender.

  • Enter your phone number or email address.

  • Hit “Submit.”

  • The app says to allow up to 10 seconds for your record to load.

  • Your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card should appear, and you will have the ability to download it to your device.

If this does not work, email the help desk at cdphe.ciis@state.co.us and provide afull name, date of birth, phone number and date(s) of COVID-19 inoculation.
